Steps to make plastic playing card
- Printing, white PVC material is UV four-color printed or silk-screened;
- Platemaking, the platemaking requirements on the front and back are consistent. This is one of the core parts of product quality control;
- Synthesis, stack the required laminated PVC card materials correctly in the order of top, middle and bottom, place the front on the machine feed port platform, and gently push the material into the machine. After a few seconds, the laminated PVC card will come out of the back of the machine by itself. And automatically cooled by the fan to ensure that the laminated material does not deform;
- Print signature strip;
- Punch the card, the cut card is a craft round corner or other special shape, beautiful appearance;
- Coding, make convex code or other processes;
