No matter in which process of your game, we’d like to answer your questions on production. Our experienced team can understand your requirement well and help you with technique consultation, material choice, size suggestions, artwork guidelines, and others questions.

Once we get your specification, your project manager will go through every details and prepare quotes for you. If there is no question, we’d provide the quotes in 48 hours.If we have doubts on specification or not clear on items, we will discuss with you to make sure the prices are as accurate as possible.

The main purpose of this sample is to show you how your game will be look like. After we confirm the artwork, we will make one copy pre-production sample for you to check. This prototype doesn’t equal mass products. First, the printing is done by digital machine while the mass is printed by offset, some of process will be done by hand and the mass will be done by machine. For some components can’t be done by digital machine like 350gsm cards, we will provide referenced other samples or just material sample. For customized parts on wooden and plastic, we will treat them separately.

Once the pre-production sample is approved, we prepare to begin the mass production. The production turnround time depends on the complex of your games. For normal simple ones without customized parts, can be finished in 30-45days, when it comes to our rush time, we will give you a new time in advance. When we near finish mass products, we will provide mass products samples, these samples are really your final products. After you confirm the mass samples, we start to do assembling.

All goods will packed in 5-layer cartons, and piled on pallets. VartGames has cooperated forwarders to arrange shipping by sea, air, railway to your destination. If you have your own forwarder, we will work with them to deal with shipping.
